SusProNet is a thematic network of industry and institutions that participated in a 5th Framework Program (FP5).<\/p>\n<p>The participants in SusProNet exchange knowledge from certain developments, design and product-service systems. The latter was an important issue, since more and more products are being sold including service!<\/p>\n<p>Companies were divided in certain target groups, like for instance nutrition, housekeeping and ICT. James shared her knowledge with companies also involved in housekeeping.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, it was valuable for James to create an international network with other SMEs in Europe.
